Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026. These terms govern your use of hamayldesignerhub.com and any order you place with Hamayl Designer Hub (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

Hamayl Designer Hub is an online retailer of unstitched fabric, iron-on patches, buttons and accessories, operating from Pakistan and serving customers nationwide. Contact: WhatsApp +92 334 8140864.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown per gaz for fabric (1 gaz ≈ 0.91 metres) or per piece for patches, buttons and bags. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product images are shot in natural light; slight colour variation between screens is normal for digital prints.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it and, where required, verify it by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the delivery details cannot be verified. Fabric is cut to order, so orders cannot be modified after cutting has begun.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan and advance bank transfer. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in advance payment being required on future orders.

5. Delivery

Delivery is Rs. 250 for parcels up to 1 kg plus Rs. 50 per additional kg, typically within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch. Timelines are estimates and depend on the courier; delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted for wrong, missing or defective items reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video. Cut, washed or altered fabric and change-of-mind returns are not accepted. See our Returns & Exchange policy.

7. Intellectual property

All fabric prints, patch artwork, photographs, text and the Hamayl Designer Hub name and logo are our property. They may not be copied, reproduced, reprinted or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Customer content

If you send us photos or reviews, or tag us on social media, you allow us to reshare that content on our website and social channels with credit. Tell us if you would like it removed.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order plus its delivery charge. We are not liable for losses arising from stitching, alteration or misuse of a product after delivery.

10. Privacy

Your details are used only to process and deliver your order and to provide support. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
