Last updated: 1 September 2026. Hamayl Designer Hub ships unstitched fabric, iron-on patches, buttons and kids’ bags to every city in Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery available nationwide.

Delivery charges

Parcel weight	Delivery charge
Up to 1 kg	Rs. 250 (flat, anywhere in Pakistan)
Each additional 1 kg	Rs. 50 extra

Example: a 2.5 kg parcel costs Rs. 250 + Rs. 100 = Rs. 350 delivery. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There is no free-shipping threshold.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 working days after dispatch for most cities in Pakistan. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day. Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer depending on the courier route.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and all other serviced cities. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Advance bank transfer is also accepted if you prefer.

Which areas do you deliver to?

All of Pakistan, through registered courier partners. We currently do not ship internationally.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is shared once your parcel is dispatched. You can also send your Order ID on WhatsApp at +92 334 8140864 and we will check the status for you.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, message us your Order ID on WhatsApp. We will raise a query with the courier and either re-deliver or refund the order value.

How is fabric measured and packed?

Fabric is sold per gaz (1 gaz ≈ 0.91 metres / 36 inches). Ordering multiple quantities of the same design gives you one continuous cut piece, not separate pieces.
