Cut fabric (gaz)

Cut fabric is usually final sale once dispatched — length is cut to your order and cannot be restocked as a full roll. Message WhatsApp before refusing a parcel if something looks wrong in photos.

Patches & accessories

Unused iron-on patches and accessories in original condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery when the item is defective or not as described. Contact us with order ID and clear photos.

Wrong / damaged / missing items

If the courier packet is damaged, short, or clearly the wrong SKU, contact WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packing slip and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund path.

Cut gaz fabric is generally non-returnable once dispatched. Contact us immediately if there is a cutting or dispatch error.
