Where to press it

Chest of a kids shirt, or the front of a frock, on cloth that lies flat. Cotton and lawn take the bond cleanly. On khaddar or flannel, press a little longer and finish from the inside.

Dry iron. No steam.
Patch glue-side down. Cover with a thin cloth.
Press 15–20 seconds. Do not slide the iron.
Let it cool, then press once from the inside.
