How to apply iron stickers / heat transfer patches

Preheat a dry iron (no steam). Place the patch, cover with a thin cotton cloth, and press firmly for 15–20 seconds. Let it cool completely, then press once from the inside of the garment. Wash inside-out after 24 hours.
