These neckline iron-on patches are 8 inches wide and Rs 500 each. They are the wide heat-transfer piece for the neck of a kids frock. The print looks embroidered. It is not sewn. Pearls in the pink floral design are printed.

The 8-inch designs

Press the patch while the neck cloth is still flat. Then let the tailor bind the curve. Dry iron, no steam, 15–20 seconds, cool, then press from the inside. Neckline patches are searched most in December, for wedding and party frocks.
